This means that within 30 days of your initial purchase, you can freely request a refund without the need for a valid reason. The fact is, we understand that sometimes expectations are not met or things don’t go as planned and you have every right to simply change your mind and get your money back.

This means that you can purchase and test drive our plugin with full confidence knowing that you can easily get your money back if needed.

If you want to request a refund, simply open a support ticket at support@awpreset.com and we’ll take care of everything for you.

Please do note that:
  • Before requesting a refund, we recommend that you open a support ticket with our team in order to solve any issues you may have.
  • Though not necessary, we highly appreciate when customers give us feedback and explain why they’ve decided to get a refund, this helps us improve our plugin and avoid hassle for our future customers.
  • The full purchase price will be credited back to your original payment method. Please note that you may incur minimal costs due to currency exchange variations. Refunds may only be issued within 30 days of the initial purchase date.
  • You are required to remove the Advanced WP Rest plugin from your websites once the refund is requested.
  • Once a refund is requested, your license keys are immediately disabled and you will lose access to the dashboard and technical support.
  • Refunds do not apply to upgrades or renewals.
