This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you, as a user of our plugin(s), and OWLEADS LTD, the editor.
By purchasing and/or downloading, and/or using any of our Plugins, you are agreeing that you have read and agreed to our terms.
If you are using the Free Version of any of our Plugins, you are authorized to make copies of it as you wish. You are also allowed to freely distribute exact copies of the free versions to anyone. However, you are not allowed to charge any distribution fee for the copy nor resell it.
The Free versions contain a watermark that links to our home page, such watermark cannot be removed or hidden.
Once you purchase any Pro package of our plugins, you will receive a purchase receipt containing all the information you need including your license key(s).
You are allowed to install the Pro version of the Plugins purchased according to the number of licenses included in the chosen package. Using the Pro version of any of our plugins on other websites constitutes a clear violation of this EULA that can lead to the cancellation of your licenses with no refund.
You are not allowed to redistribute, alter, rent, lease, lend or resell the Plugin in any way without the written consent of OWLEADS LTD.
We do reserve the right to monitor your license activities and take any necessary actions in case of any violation of our terms. You will be able to update the plugin in your WordPress dashboard simply by entering your license key and registering the domain with it (the Plugin).
The Plugin is owned by OWLEADS LTD. The Plugin is not sold to you; it is only licensed for personal use according to the terms and conditions of this agreement.
The software is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In no event will the author or authors be liable to you for any direct or indirect damages, including incidental or consequential damages, arising out of the use of the software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
By purchasing the Pro version of any of our Plugins, you acknowledge that you have read this EULA, understood it fully and agreed to be bound by its terms as the complete and exclusive statement of the agreement between you and the editor, superseding any proposal or prior agreement, oral or written, and any other communications between the parties or their representatives relating to the subject matter of this EULA.
Any information that you provide us will strictly be used to process your purchase, provide a refund, provide customer service, improve or customize our products and services or fulfill applicable financial, tax, legal, or compliance requirements.
We will not sell or redistribute any of your information to any third party and deploy commercially reasonable efforts to protect them from unauthorized disclosure.

In case of any violation of the EULA terms, OWLEADS LTD reserves the right to terminate this contract. In such a case, you must dispose of any copy of the Plugin.
This agreement may be updated without any prior notice. Hence, you should come back to this page now and then to check if there are any changes.
